To secure your Medical Services appointment, we take full payment at the time of booking.

Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment

If you need to rearrange or cancel, please let us know 48 hours or more before your appointment
With more than 48 hours’ notice, your/full payment can be:
refunded in full, or transferred to a new appointment

If cancelling within 48 hours, or if you do not attend, the deposit/full payment becomes non-refundable, as the appointment time has been set aside specifically for you

If We Need to Rearrange

If we must adjust your appointment, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your appointment, depending on your preference.

Running Late

We kindly ask that you arrive on time. If lateness means we cannot go ahead with your appointment/full payment will be forfeited
